Jinliang is an alumni of the Ross-Ibarra lab at UC-Davis and the other Schnable lab at ISU. Before that he earning his BA and MA from China Agricultural University in Beijing. At the moment he serves as resident population and quantiative genetics expert in the Schnable lab@UNL developing new methods to integrate data from diversity panels in multiple species to identify genes driving phenotypic variation.
